Practical Information for Exhibitors
The event will be held at the King Hussein Business Park Auditorium and Conference Center. The Business Park is a well known location in west Amman and should taxis know how to get there. The exhibit space is in the same building as the main auditorium hall and is adjacent to it.
The event starts at 8:30 am on February 21st. You will need to come the day before (20 February) to set up your stall anytime from 4-8pm.
Each exhibitor will have a table covered with a black cloth and two chairs. You cannot use the wall space around the table to put up posters / banners / photographs / other material so please ensure all branding is free standing. We encourage you to bring a sample of your product to the event and to make your exhibit as hands on and interactive for attendees as possible. Power cables will be provided but it is advisable to ensure that everything is fully charged before coming. Exhibitors are responsible for brining their own laptops, screens, mini projectors, etc.
Each exhibit opportunity is a 2-day opportunity from 8.30am - 5.30pm on February 21 and from 8.30am to 5pm on February 22.
On the Day
During the event, three slots each day have been allocated for “marketplaces”. during lunch and coffee breaks. although attendees may walk around your exhibits at other times. During the day, attendees will have the opportunity to walk around, visit the stalls and chat with you.
